Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed return instructions.

Please do not send products to the sender’s address, our registered business address or any other address before contacting us and receiving return authorization.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label, where applicable, together with instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers or plants
• Custom-made, personalized or special-order products
• Personal care and hygiene products where the seal has been broken
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Sale items and gift cards are generally non-returnable, except where a return or refund is required under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return your current item. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

This statutory right is separate from and is not limited by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned product and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
